Good news for you! First of all, our Longueuil rotisserie reopened its take-out meal counter as well as its contactless delivery service! Click on the Find a restaurant to find out the opening hours.

Also, all of our teams across the province are busy preparing for the grand reopening in the dining room. We set up protocols to ensure your safety and the one of our employees. We look forward to seeing you soon!

This week, we reopened our rotisserie in St-Georges de Beauce! Indeed, they are now open at the take-out counter. Great news, they also offer the CONTACTLESS delivery service.

Dear Guests, 

As we navigate through COVID-19, we would like to inform you that the health and safety of our guests, staff and partners are our top priority. To ensure we keep you and our employees safe and healthy we are following updates and guidelines provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as the World Health Organization . We continue to implement the following health and safety procedures in our restaurants: 

• Frequent and proper sanitization of all regularly touched surfaces in guest areas 

• Frequent and proper sanitization of all equipment, utensils and surfaces in food preparation and service areas 

• Frequent and proper hand washing using soap and water 

• Use of sanitary gloves when handling food 

• Employees exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness will be prohibited from working. 

As an increased precautionary measure and to reassure you that your safety is our primary concern, we are temporarily modifying various service procedures to help reduce touchpoints and cross contamination. We will continue to monitor information and follow guidelines set out by public health officials to help minimize any risk to our guests and employees and to help keep our community safe. For those of you who are concerned about leaving your home or place of work and entering restaurants, please be aware that our restaurants offer internal contactless delivery service or with partners such as Skip the dishes and Uber.

The current situation with COVID-19 affects everyone. That's why Scores Rotisseries is participating in a  collective effort by announcing that our restaurants will offer a CONTACTLESS DELIVERY SERVICE.

Dear guests

First, I want to express our sincere concern for everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus. COVID-19 presents a global threat and each of us can make a difference individually with our actions.  Since day one, our people and our guests have been at the heart of what we do at MTY Food Group. The health and well-being of our team and guests has always been, and continues to be, our number one priority.

You have been numerous to ask us what measures are in place to protect our people and our guests.  A few of these efforts include:

  • Temporary closure of the access to our soup, salad and fruit bar. A choice of a salad and a soup will be brought at the table to the guests who would like to have this option.
  • Reinforced hygiene measures for our delivery drivers.
  • Heightened sanitation and hand washing.
  • Team members devoted to full time cleaning and sanitation of all high contact areas (door handles, menus, restrooms, payment terminals, etc.)
  • Reduced usage of self-service stations for cutlery and straws
  • Usage of gloves when manipulating food
  • Educating our team on the signs and symptoms of the coronavirus and how to stay healthy.
  • Instructing our team to stay home when feeling sick.

While our restaurants are open and running as normal, we continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the guidance of the governments and health authorities, to quickly adapt and take the appropriate precautions.  We will continue to do everything we can, always with the goal of creating the best guest experience possible and to give you and our teams peace of mind, regardless of how you choose to dine with us; through our dining rooms, take-out or delivery.
